We are looking for a true Head of Growth Marketing who can take ownership of our marketing engine, with a major focus on Google Ads, profitable ecommerce growth, campaign strategy, funnels, analytics, and team leadership. This role is not for someone who simply “knows their way around” Google Ads. We need someone who deeply understands Google Shopping, Performance Max, Search, brand campaigns, non-brand campaigns, product segmentation, bidding strategies, feed optimization, ROAS, MER, CAC, conversion tracking, and how to scale a large ecommerce catalog profitably. You will be responsible for helping R1 Industries dominate paid search and paid shopping in the off-road industry. --- Position Summary We are hiring a Head of Growth Marketing to lead our marketing ecosystem across Google Ads, Meta Ads, email/SMS leadership, creative direction, funnels, retention strategy, and ecommerce growth. The biggest priority for this position is profitable Google Ads growth. We need someone who can manage and scale large product catalogs, understand which brands and SKUs deserve budget, build campaigns that generate real revenue, and make decisions based on profitability — not vanity metrics. You will also manage the direction of our email/SMS program by leading our existing email team, reviewing performance, building the marketing calendar, and making sure retention marketing supports the overall growth strategy. This is a senior, high-impact role for someone who can move fast, think strategically, and take full responsibility for performance. --- Compensation $65,000 – $80,000 per year, depending on experience Performance bonuses available Full-time, 40 hours per week Hybrid schedule available after onboarding --- Key Responsibilities Google Ads Ownership This is the most important part of the role.
