REAL ESTATE EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT - THE BETH HOBART TEAM

Beth Hobart is Mainframe Real Estate's #1 selling agent since 2017, a six-time Best Realtor in Orlando by Orlando Weekly readers, Orlando Business Journal's 2026 Businesswoman of the Year, and a Director for Florida Realtors. Since 2005 she has built a referral-based business on trust and genuine care for her clients.

She is hiring an Executive Assistant to run the operational side of it.

BEFORE YOU APPLY, PLEASE CONFIRM ALL FOUR:

- 5+ years in residential real estate (see the list below - more backgrounds qualify than you might think)

- You live in Central Florida, ideally within about 30 minutes of downtown Orlando

- You have a reliable vehicle and are comfortable driving for work

- You can work some evenings and weekends when a deal needs it

If any of those is a no, this is not the right fit, and we would rather save you the time.

HOW THIS ROLE WORKS

You will work from home, and you will be out in the field several times a week - meeting photographers and stagers at listings, checking vacant properties, placing signage and lockboxes, helping at open houses and showings, and occasionally meeting Beth at our office on North Orange Avenue.

That field work is why we need you local. This is not a work-from-anywhere job.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

- Transactions, contract to close - deadlines, disclosures, inspection periods, title and lender coordination. You are the one making sure nothing slips.

- Listings, launch to sold - paperwork, MLS input, photography, staging, signage, lockboxes, open houses, showing feedback.

- Beth's calendar and inbox - protecting her time for clients and negotiation, and making sure she walks into every appointment prepared.

- Client experience - you will be a main point of contact through the whole transaction, and you will keep the long-term follow-up running: anniversary cards, six-month check-ins, the touches that make a referral business work.

- Marketing support - listing descriptions, social content, email campaigns, brand consistency.

- The systems themselves - you will be trusted to improve the checklists and workflows, not just follow them.

WHO ACTUALLY QUALIFIES

Residential real estate experience is broader than most people assume. Five or more years in any of these counts:

- Licensed real estate agent

- Transaction coordinator

- Brokerage administrator or operations staff

- Title company processor, closer, or escrow assistant

- Mortgage loan processor or loan officer assistant

- Property management or leasing administrator

- New-home builder sales assistant or online sales counselor

A Florida real estate license is preferred, or a willingness to obtain one within six months.

WHAT ELSE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Fluency in the residential transaction - you know what actually derails a closing

- Exceptional organization, and the habit of following up before you are asked

- Strong, warm, professional writing - you will be corresponding with clients under Beth's name

- Comfort with MLS, a CRM, DocuSign, Google Workspace, and Canva

- Discretion. You will see everything.

- Calm under pressure, and genuinely good with people

THE HONEST PART ABOUT THE SCHEDULE

Real estate happens in the evenings, on weekends, and at inconvenient moments. Some weeks are heavier than others. In exchange, you are not sitting in an office nine to five - you will largely own your own schedule, work from home, and be trusted to manage your time like a professional.

COMPENSATION

- From $60,000 per year, based on experience

- Eligible for quarterly performance bonuses

- Paid time off
