Accounts and Recovery Associate at RNR Tire Express

What You'll Do

As an Accounts and Recovery Associate, you'll:
- Reach out to customers with late payments to understand their situation and develop solutions
- Help customers stay in their payment plans when possible, preserving their access to safe transportation
- 60-75% of the role involves working in the field to recover merchandise, always treating customers with respect
- Use strong communication and de-escalation skills to navigate sensitive conversations
- Complete a minimum of 25 calls per hour while maintaining quality interactions
- Maintain detailed records and utilize our tracking systems
- Schedule voluntary turn-ins and handle field collections when needed

Qualifications

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills- Ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism
- Experience in collections, customer service, or account management preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record for field work
- Basic computer skills for utilizing tracking and reporting systems
- Bilingual abilities valued but not required
