Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Kitchen Manager and become a vital part of delivering exceptional food experiences! Responsibilities

Assist the General Manager/Chef in supervising daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet high standards of quality and safety.
Oversee inventory control processes, ensuring proper stock levels, accurate ordering, and minimizing waste through effective food management.
Support staff training and development by mentoring team members on food handling, safety protocols, and customer service excellence.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all kitchen areas.
Supervise team members during service periods, coordinate tasks to maintain smooth operations in a retail foodservice enviroment.
Participate in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new staff to build a skilled and motivated team aligned with our hospitality values.

Skills

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food production within a food service retail unit.
Strong knowledge of POS systems.
Excellent leadership skills with previous supervising or management experience in the food industry or hospitality management.
Skilled in inventory control, budgeting, and food safety practices to optimize kitchen efficiency.
Exceptional customer service abilities with a focus on team management, training & development, and shift management.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities confidently while maintaining a positive attitude in a high-energy setting.
