Boozy Goose Restaurant Manager

ISO a Front-of-House Manager to lead the squad at Boozy Goose, the members-only restaurant located in the Goose Creek Tennis Club..

Must be overly hospitable, service-minded, and ambitious, as the FOH Manager will ensure effortless day-to-day operations while developing healthy club member relationships.

The Boozy Goose serves a weekly-returning group and creates a unique opportunity to develop connections. The FOH Manager is essential in setting the tone and vibe of the restaurant for its members and their guests. The FOH Manager is confident, hands-on, and graciously accepts the responsibility of cultivating the culture and elevating the guest experience with intense pride.

Two years of FOH management experience in a full-service restaurant, hospitality venue, or private club environment is required. The role also provides flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and club events as needed.

Expectation & Responsibilities

Leadership & Development

Be the example and set the standard for professionalism and diligence.

Actively engage with members and support staff during service.

Recruit, onboard, and mentor front-of-house team members.

Foster a culture of accountability and teamwork.

Conduct team evaluations and provide ongoing feedback.

Member Interaction

Create lasting impressions and experiences for members and their guests.

Build meaningful relationships with members.

Be respectful of member concerns and discretely address each with care.

Restaurant Operations

Ensure efficient and consistent service.

Create daily/weekly team schedules while monitoring labor costs.

Maintain cleanliness and organization.

Comply with all food safety and sanitation standards.

Assist in monitoring expenses and pinpoint opportunities to improve productivity.

Support and help execute club events and special functions.

Collaboration & Improvement

Partner with the culinary team to continuously enhance the experience.

Communicate clearly and effectively across all departments.
