JOB TITLE: Parts & Logistics Coordinator

SALARY RANGE: $20-$25 PER HOUR
JOB TYPE: Full-Time
SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for keeping track of and coordinating parts, shipments and current product inventory; ensuring that inventory and parts move from one place to another efficiently and cost-effectively; working to plan, control, and implement the storage and flow of products, materials, information, or services.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Accurately controls and tracks physical inventory while keeping it up to date
· Receiving and shipping parts
· Meticulous organization of inventory
· Carefully and accurately maintain shipping records for requested categories including goods returned, dunnage, and returnable pallets.
· Monitors and controls the order process, ensuring efficient and adequate flow of parts.
· Issues purchase and work orders to generate product shipments.
· Maintains status of orders through entire process.
· Participates in inventory process and daily audits; researches and resolves inventory discrepancies.
· Maintains and manages accurate records of quantity, type, and value of material, equipment, merchandise, and/or supplies stocked.
· Maintains shipping and receiving schedules.
· Performs required administrative tasks.
· Monitors and controls the order process, ensuring efficient and adequate flow of goods.
· Coordinates activities of departments to deliver efficient material movement to drive costs/inventory investment down while improving accuracy and response time to customers.
· Works closely with the team on packaging, and procurement operations; provides necessary product quantities, correct orders, and on-time deliveries through proper daily production scheduling of packaging and processing materials.
· Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Computer skills required:
o Database
o Microsoft Suite
o Inventory Software;
o Order Processing Systems;
o Electronic Mail Software (Outlook);
o 1+ years’ experience in inventory control.
o Excellent communication skills
o Experience with computerized inventory systems.
o Basic understanding of inventory control procedures.
o Extremely organized and able to work with minimum supervision.
o Ability to develop professional relationships with outside vendors.
o Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
