Full Job Description

**Job Summary:**

Are you looking for an exciting and fun dental office to launch or continue your career? Look no further. Celebrate Dental & Braces, Springfield specializes in General Dentistry, Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics for all ages. This is where you want to be! Are you a friendly individual who has excellent attention to detail and great customer service skills? Do you have experience in a dental office or a front office setting? Are you a multitasker? If yes, then we are looking for you! If you are Bilingual (Spanish/English) even better! We would love for you to join our team of outstanding Doctors and professionals. Office hours will be Monday-Friday 8am -7pm and Saturdays 8am-1pm. Opening day is July 8!

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner

- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage apointment reminders

- Schedule patient appointments and maintain acurate patient records

- Verify insurance coverage and process patient payments

- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and other areas as needed

**Requirements:**

- Experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred but not required

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities/team player

- Knowledge of front desk procedures and office management systems preferred

-Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
