Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our office. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth office workflows. Your positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks will contribute to creating a professional and efficient environment for staff, visitors, and patients.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and routing calls efficiently.
Maintain accurate appointment scheduling and calendar management using tools like patient electronic health records and Microsoft Office.
Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and verifying insurance benefits and eligibility.

Experience

Proven office experience in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated proficiency with computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience using insurance verification products, such as Availity, is a plus.
Must be able to type approximately 40 wpm.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette.
Experience working as a dental or medical receptionist is advantageous but not required.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.50 per hour
