Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and fabrication, with the ability to work with various materials and tools. This role involves interpreting blueprints and schematics, fabricating components, and ensuring high-quality standards in all welding tasks. The Fabricator/Welder will play a crucial role in the production process, contributing to the creation of durable and precise products.

Responsibilities

Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to fabricate components.
Perform welding tasks using various techniques including MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
Fabricate parts from sheet metal and other materials as required.
Execute pipe threading and ductwork assembly as part of the fabrication process.
Operate cranes and other machinery safely to move materials and finished products.
Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure adherence to specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines efficiently.

Skills

Proficient in welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex schematics.
Experience in fabricating components from sheet metal and performing pipe threading.
Familiarity with ductwork installation and assembly processes.
Ability to operate cranes safely for material handling.
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot fabrication issues effectively.
