Full Job Description

Company Description

Hourly Pay Range: $29.89/hr (2 years’ experience) – $39.76/hr (17+ years’ experience).
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000.
Relocation Assistance: Available for eligible candidates.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our diagnostic imaging team. The MRI Technologist is responsible for producing high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring patient comfort, safety, and accuracy throughout the imaging process. This role requires strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and MRI concepts, as well as proficiency with PACS and EMR systems.

Shift: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM
On-Call: As needed (Call-back: 2-hour minimum, paid at time and a half)

Responsibilities:

Perform MRI procedures in compliance with physician orders and departmental protocols.
Operate MRI equipment safely and ensure adherence to all safety guidelines.
Acquire high-quality diagnostic images with attention to anatomical detail.
Review patient history and clarify clinical details with providers.
Accurately document and manage data in PACS and EMR systems.
Provide excellent communication and compassionate care to patients.
Maintain cleanliness, readiness, and proper function of MRI suite and equipment.

Qualifications

Associate Degree or equivalent in Radiologic Technology.
1+ year of MRI technologist experience required (3+ years preferred).
ARRT (R) and ARRT (MR) certifications required.
Florida Registered Radiologic Technologist license required.
BLS certification required.
