Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Fire Sprinkler Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fire protection systems, with expertise in installation, maintenance, and inspection of fire sprinkler systems. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in construction environments and is familiar with industry standards and safety regulations.

Duties

Install, maintain, and inspect fire sprinkler systems according to local codes and regulations.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to ensure proper installation.
Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Primavera P6 for project scheduling and management.
Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with project managers and other team members to coordinate tasks and timelines.
Supervise junior technicians and provide training on best practices for fire sprinkler installation and maintenance.
Prepare detailed reports on inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
Ensure all work is performed in accordance with OSHA regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

Proven experience in fire sprinkler installation or related construction field.
A Colorado State Fire Sprinkler Fitter license.
A Denver Fire Sprinkler Fitter license.
Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
Experience in quality control processes within the construction industry.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to fire safety and construction site operations.
Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
