Full Job Description

Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Marotta Medspa

Position Overview:

Marotta Medspa is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our physician-led medical aesthetics and plastic surgery practice. This role is ideal for an advanced practice provider who values clinical excellence, thoughtful patient care, and working within a structured, compliant, and premium practice environment. You will practice at the top of your license with direct physician oversight, clear protocols, and strong operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Care

Perform patient consultations and follow-ups
Deliver medical aesthetic treatments within scope
Administer injectable therapies and other approved procedures
Maintain accurate, timely medical documentation

Collaboration & Oversight

Work closely with the Medical Director and clinical team
Adhere to established protocols and delegation guidelines
Participate in chart reviews and quality assurance processes
Contribute to a consistent, premium patient experience

Practice Environment:

Physician-led ownership and governance
Moderately exclusive, science-forward culture
No pressure for unsafe volume or aggressive selling
Strong administrative and clinical support

Compensation Structure:

Base Salary

Competitive full-time base salary
Aligned with experience and scope of practice

Generous Productivity Bonus (Quarterly)

Qualifications Required:

PA-C or NP certification
Active New York license (or ability to obtain)
Prior experience with injectables or aesthetic devices
Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
Professional demeanor and patient-centered approach

Location:
