Full Job Description

Job Title: Business Support Analyst

Notes:

1. Information Handling & Ticketing

Transfer data from emails into ticketing systems accurately.
Must be detail-oriented and organized.
Self-starter with discipline and initiative.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

2. Communication & Collaboration

Strong communication skills across Teams, Outlook, video, and messaging.
Collaboration is key—primarily via Teams and face-to-face.
No direct client interaction, but internal communication is national in scope.

3. Technical Proficiency

Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook.
Experience with Salesforce, nCino (these would be a Plus), and navigating mainframe/multiple screens.

Work Environment & Culture:

Fast-paced, functional, and orchestrated environment.
Multiple teams working together—collaboration is essential.
Emphasis on digital experience and understanding how to prioritize information.

Work Setup & Training:

Fully onsite to start, with potential for hybrid later.
Training covers 43 products/services over 4–6 weeks.
All requests follow specific submission channels.

Interview Process: Virtual and on-camera interviews.

The mission of the Private Bank Operations is to deliver a best-in-class experience for Private Bank clients and the colleagues that support them.
Our Implementation Specialist supports the Treasury Services for the Private Bank, with an emphasis on operational excellence and superior service.
This role contributes and champions process improvement ideas and a culture of continuous refinement and enhanced client experience.
This role develops and maintains effective working relationships with peers while operating effectively in an environment of cooperation and change.
The goal is to ensure that requests are processed timely, accurately, and with completeness to ensure a positive customer experience and to mitigate risk.

Primary responsibilities include:

Facilitates the Treasury Implementation process and for the Private Bank supporting requests in a fast-paced high output environment
Maintain a positive and proactive attitude while addressing client concerns, ensuring that each interaction reflects a commitment to exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with a vibrant, high-energy team where your contributions drive collective success and innovation
Suggest customer experience improvement opportunities as you identify them.
Demonstrate ability and willingness to drive these to completion.
Applies and enforces risk mitigation controls
Escalates any exceptions to leadership and other concerned parties
Produces high quality output; completes quality management duties as assigned
Executes additional tasks as required

Required Skills/Experience:

5+ years relevant banking experience with an operations or customer service team
Ability to effectively communicate with Business Partners
Ability to plan and prioritize workload to meet critical SLAs
Experience implementing change and process improvements
Effectively handles multiple priorities with efficiency and accuracy
Proficient in data entry
Strong attention to detail
Effective customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft applications including advanced Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point.

Hours & Work Schedule:
Hours: 40/week
Schedule: Mon – Fri, 9am - 6pm

Pay: $20.38 - $26.38 per hour
