Sheet Metal Shear Operator (Suprise)
Sheet Metal Shear Operator

Stainless Architectural Supply, is a specialty stainless accessory manufacturer. Our products serve several different industries including healthcare, hospitality, fast food, casinos, stadiums, hotels and much more. SAS is family owned, and has a long-standing history of creating opportunity and reward for its employees. We are looking for a SHEET METAL SHEAR OPERATOR and offer competitive wages and benefits.

Required Skills: 1+ yrs. Experience

Ability to operate Sheet Metal Hydraulic Shear a must, press brake, and other metal processing equipment.
Proficient in machine and offline programming and metal fabrication to specifications.
Proficient in reading and interpreting shop/cad drawings, and blueprints.
Able to read/use measuring equipment: tape measure, micrometer, square, protractor, etc. and understand mathematics to verify job requirements, specifications and maintain quality controls.
Able to perform basic machine maintenance.
Ability to lift 50lbs - 100lbs.
Ability to operate a forklift (certification a plus).
Carries out additional duties as assigned.

Self-motivated and can work with minimal supervision, standing for long periods of time.
Strong communication skills (written, verbal).
Safety minded and always puts safety first while performing all job duties and functions.
