This Commercial Relationship Manager II role serves as the Trusted Advisor/Key Account Executive for new and existing, complex clients, managing a portfolio with Average Loans Outstanding from $16MM to $30MM.

This Commercial Relationship Manager (CRM):

· Drives business development;

· Expands deposit relationships;

· Establishes and maintains a trusted advisor relationship with clients, based on knowledgeable advice aligned to the clients’ business objectives and lifecycles;

· Develops and grows new business;

· Builds and maintains strong relationships with prospects, clients, and centers of influence;

· Drives financial performance through profitable revenue and growth, and quality credit.

Key Responsibilities:

· Builds and manages profitable commercial relationships:

o Initiates and develops new business through outside business development activities and demonstrated business/community commitment.

o Builds a client referral pipeline via identification and development of internal and external centers of influence.

o Leads relationship reviews and personal meetings to gather and analyze personal bank business financial data toward comprehensive understanding of clients’ needs.

o Analyzes credit to determine the ability of clients to qualify for borrowing requirements and makes decisions on loans and terms within established lending limits.

o Actively monitors existing loans to ensure compliance with internal procedures and required terms. Completes appropriate internal loan performance reports.

o Proactively promotes Bank products and services to meet clients’ needs.

o Initiates timely, responsive communication to enhance clients’ experience with the Bank and to assure loan performance.

· Develops and maintains an in-depth knowledge of Bank products and services, as well as knowledge of competitors and competitive products.

· Through market research and study, applies industrial, commercial, economic, and financial knowledge to initiate and develop business relationships.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university.

· At least three years’ successful experience in commercial lending or commercial credit underwriting.

· Advanced credit analysis and commercial underwriting skills, including accounting and financial statement and cash flow analysis.

· Demonstrated success in commercial lending in diverse industries and business sizes: policies, procedures, practices, and documentation – as well as outstanding client relationships.

· Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

· Computer skills are essential: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, CRM tools.

Starting salary will becommensurate with education and experience.
