Client Care Coordinator (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Location: Peoria Heights, IL

Pay: $18–$20/hour (based on experience)

We are a behavioral health group practice in Peoria Heights looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized Front Desk / Office Administrator to join our team.

We are hiring either one full-time team member OR two part-time team members.

If you enjoy working with people, creating a welcoming environment, and staying organized in a structured setting—this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

Greet clients and create a welcoming first impression
Answer phones and assist with scheduling/communication
Upload intake forms and ensure client portals are complete
Check clients in and out according to office procedures
Collect copays and process payments
Help keep the front office running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

Friendly, personable, and easy to talk to
Organized and detail-oriented
Able to follow systems and office protocols
Reliable and consistent
Comfortable handling multiple tasks at once
Front desk or admin experience is a plus
