Full Job Description

Aaron Chevrolet is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented KBB Buyer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for purchasing vehicles through the Kelley Blue Book Instant Cash Offer (KBB ICO) process, evaluating vehicles, negotiating purchases, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from appraisal to acquisition.

If you have automotive buying experience, strong negotiation skills, and enjoy working with customers, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Purchase vehicles through the KBB Instant Cash Offer program.
Inspect and evaluate vehicles for condition and market value.
Negotiate vehicle purchases with customers.
Build relationships with sellers and provide exceptional customer service.
Complete purchase paperwork accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate with the sales and inventory teams to meet acquisition goals.
Stay informed on current market trends and used vehicle values.
Meet monthly buying and performance targets.

Qualifications

Previous experience as an automotive buyer, appraiser, or used car manager preferred.
Experience with KBB Instant Cash Offer, vehicle acquisition, or dealership purchasing is a plus.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to accurately assess vehicle condition and value.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
Comfortable using dealership software and computer applications.

Compensation & Benefits

Monthly Pay: $4,000–$7,000
