About Worldwide Medical Staffing

Worldwide Medical Staffing (WWM) is a Native American– and Veteran-owned small business, established in 1993, providing clinical staffing to federal and Tribal healthcare facilities nationwide — including the Indian Health Service (IHS), Tribally operated health programs, and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).

Our position in the federal market is built on:

A fully in-house, no-subcontractor delivery model
SDVOSB and Buy Indian / ISBEE small-business eligibility, plus a GSA Federal Supply Schedule contract
The Joint Commission Gold Seal of Approval
An established past-performance record across IHS Areas and VA networks

The Role

This position owns the administration, maintenance, and growth of WWM's federal contract portfolio. You'll manage our government contracts day to day — our GSA Federal Supply Schedule, IDIQs, and task orders — including modifications, pricing and rate adjustments, and compliance, while also helping identify and pursue new opportunities. It's a role for someone who has navigated the federal acquisition and contract lifecycle and managed government programs, and who is ready to apply that expertise on the industry side of a growing small business.

We're looking for a professional with real experience navigating the government acquisition process and managing federal programs or contracts — for example, a former government program manager, client or contract manager, contract administrator, or acquisition/procurement professional. You understand how federal contracts are structured, modified, priced, and administered, and you can put that knowledge to work maintaining and growing our contract vehicles.

What You'll Do

Manage and maintain WWM's federal contract portfolio — GSA Federal Supply Schedule, IDIQs, BPAs, and task orders — across their full lifecycle
Prepare, submit, and negotiate contract modifications (administrative and substantive), and track them to completion
Keep the GSA Schedule current: submit and manage Schedule updates and refreshes (e.g., via eMod/eOffer), add or revise labor categories (SINs), and maintain the approved price list
Manage Economic Price Adjustments (EPA), labor-rate adjustments, and pricing updates in accordance with contract terms and clauses
Ensure contract compliance and administration — sales reporting and IFF, option exercises, period-of-performance tracking, and required registrations (SAM.gov)
Monitor SAM.gov, GSA eBuy, and agency portals for opportunities; support compliant, competitive quote and proposal responses
Build and maintain relationships with contracting officers, CORs, GSA administrators, small-business specialists, and facility points of contact
Advise leadership on acquisition strategy, pricing, modifications, and compliance

What You Bring

Required experience

2 Years experience required - Experience navigating the federal acquisition and contract lifecycle and managing government programs or contracts — e.g., as a government program manager, client/contract manager, contract administrator, or acquisition/procurement professional
2 Years experience required - Hands-on experience with contract modifications, GSA Schedule maintenance and updates, Economic Price Adjustments, and labor-rate/pricing adjustments
2 Years experience required - Working command of the FAR (and familiarity with GSA Schedule contracting/GSAR and agency supplements such as HHSAR and VAAR)
2 Years experience required - Familiarity with SAM.gov, GSA eOffer/eMod, and federal contract reporting requirements
