Location: MUST LIVE IN Morris County OR Somerset County, NJ

Wainscot Media is looking for a motivated, entrepreneurial person to launch and run their own local media business, including a magazine, website, and social channels that cover the things that matter most in your community. This is a 100% commission-based role with no limits on what you can earn and the chance to grow into multiple titles.

100% Commission. Up to $70K+ in your first year, $100K+ in year two, $150K+ after year three, with unlimited upside.

As local news coverage continues to shrink, people are craving community news, stories, and information that truly matter. You’ll be the one keeping your community connected and informed.
Give back while you earn: Highlight local achievements, support schools and community groups, and create content that brings your town together.
What you’ll do: Oversee all aspects of an important new local media launch.
Sell advertising across print, digital, and social channels.
Manage relationships, hit deadlines, and grow your media business.
Help shape stories and content—without doing all the heavy lifting yourself.What we provide:

Full support with design, layout, editing, billing, ad production, printing, and distribution. Laptop, smartphone, internet, and reliable transportation.

Sales training, marketing support, and guidance when you need it.Who this is for: Experienced in sales, results-driven, and highly organized.
Self-starter who can work independently and handle multiple priorities.
Outgoing, professional, and comfortable meeting clients in person.
Social media or digital marketing experience is a plus but not required.Requirements:
Live in Morris or Somerset County, NJ.
