Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and personable Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, and ensure smooth administrative workflows. Your energy, organizational skills, and technical proficiency will help create a positive environment that reflects our commitment to exceptional service and efficient office management. Duties

Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a professional first impression
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously using proper phone etiquette
Handle data entry tasks with precision, maintaining organized records in spreadsheets and office management software such as Microsoft Office
Perform clerical duties including filing, proofreading documents, and preparing correspondence using word processing and productivity software
Support office operations by managing supplies inventory, organizing files, and maintaining a clean and efficient front desk area

Qualifications

Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or as a receptionist in a professional setting
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), spreadsheets, and data entry skills
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication skills and demonstrated phone etiquette
Experience with multi-line phone systems, client communication, and customer support roles
Familiarity with office equipment such as fax machines, scanners, and printer
Ability to manage time efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in proofreading and data accuracy
