Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Consultant and Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will drive impactful organizational change by combining deep business insight with advanced data analysis skills. Your expertise will support large-scale projects, enterprise solutions implementation, and process improvements that elevate our clients’ operations. You will collaborate across departments, engage with executive leadership, and lead initiatives that foster sustainable growth and innovation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence organizational success through strategic planning, data-driven decision-making, and effective management consulting.

1. Position :

We are seeking an experienced Business Consultant and Data Analyst to support system implementation, business process improvement, data analysis, and project management initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis and project management skills, with the ability to evaluate processes, analyze business needs, work with cross-functional teams, and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.

2. Core Responsibilities:

· Support system implementation and business process improvement initiatives.

· Analyze, visualize, and automate data and business processes.

· Evaluate business needs and conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis.

· Lead requirements gathering and maintain project documentation.

· Track project deliverables, milestones, action items, and deadlines.

· Manage stakeholder relationships, requirements, and expectations.

· Lead project meetings and communicate project status, risks, issues, and next steps.

· Support cross-functional projects involving operations, systems, data, and process improvement.

· Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

· Identify and implement opportunities to improve business processes.

3. Qualification:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

· 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Business Consultant, or in process improvement.

· Korean language proficiency strongly preferred.

· Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· Ability to understand business processes and translate business needs into actionable solutions.

· Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively while meeting deadlines.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Experience with data visualization, automation, and analytics tools preferred.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

· Willingness to work in the office and travel up to 10%.
