Job Summary: As a Practitioner - Therapy and Treatment at Club Five, you will be an essential member of our healthcare team. Your duties will include accurately documenting patient visits in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system and working as a part of an integrated team. Continual education on all therapies and treatments offered at Club5 will be crucial to stay updated on best practices and provide optimal care.

Responsibilities:

Therapy and Treatment Delivery: Perform therapies and treatments in Club Five, adhering to established protocols and providing compassionate care to patients.
Communication with Practitioners: Maintain effective and timely communication with practitioners to discuss any changes or updates required for patients' treatment plans.
EMR Documentation: Accurately record patient visits, treatment details, and progress notes in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
Patient Follow-ups and Re-evaluations: Facilitate communication with practitioners to schedule monthly re-evaluations and follow-up patient visits for ongoing treatment management.
Patient Advocacy: Advocate for patients' well-being, communicating their needs and progress effectively with practitioners and other team members.
Continuing Education: Engage in ongoing education to stay informed about the latest therapies and treatments offered at Club5 and to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all therapy equipment is turned off before leaving the work premises and clean and maintain all equipment at the end of the workday.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with practitioners and patients.
