About Winheart Living

Winheart Living is a growing e-commerce company specializing in furniture and home décor. Headquartered in Georgia with a branch office in California, we operate our own logistics facilities on both coasts to support our expanding U.S. business.

Our current focus is building a strong presence in the U.S. market, with long-term plans to expand throughout the Americas. In addition to our direct-to-consumer e-commerce business, we are expanding into B2B partnerships and trade show channels.

At Winheart Living, our vision is to build a home furnishings brand known for exceptional quality, thoughtful design, and outstanding value.

We are seeking a highly organized Ecommerce Operations & Customer Service Specialist who is fluent in English and has experience supporting online marketplace operations and delivering exceptional customer service. The role will report to general manager.

Key Responsibilities

Ecommerce Operations

Manage product listings, inventory, pricing, and order information across online marketplaces and our Shopify website.
Maintain accurate product and inventory data within the company's ERP system.
Coordinate with our China team on product launches, inventory updates, and operational support.
Assist with catalog management, product content updates, and marketplace maintenance.

Customer Service

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across Amazon, Walmart, Target+, Home Depot, Wayfair, Shopify, and other online sales channels.
Resolve customer concerns, returns, refunds, exchanges, and order issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Investigate and resolve chargebacks, claims, and marketplace disputes.

Administrative & Office Support

Support daily office operations and administrative tasks.
Coordinate utility accounts, office services, and vendor communications.
Assist with purchasing, office supplies, and general business operations.
Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in ecommerce operations, customer service, or marketplace management.
Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, Wayfair, Home Depot, Target+, or eBay.
Experience using ERP and inventory management systems is preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Fluent in English; Mandarin Chinese is strongly preferred.
