Staff Accountant II

Location: Savannah, Georgia (100% In-Office)

Reports to: Accounting Manager

We currently serve 25 plus family offices with a growing team based in Savannah, Georgia. About the Role

Tenet Advisors is looking for a Staff Accountant ready to grow with us. This role is a little different than a typical staff accounting position. We are not looking for someone who just wants to process transactions and move on. We are looking for someone who brings calm, proactive energy to a busy environment, the kind of person who anticipates what is needed before it is asked and takes ownership of keeping things on track.

What You Will Be Doing

Support the monthly close and account reconciliations
Track open items and keep deliverables on schedule
Help balance and reprioritize work as client priorities shift
Collaborate across the team to keep everything on track
Learn the family office world from the ground up, with a firm that invests in its people

What We Are Looking For

Up to 3 years of accounting experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Naturally organized and likes the feeling of a clean task list
Stays composed and focused when priorities shift, because they will
Communicates proactively and is not afraid to ask questions
Wants to build a career somewhere that values integrity and straight talk

Work Environment

· 100% in-office role in beautiful historic downtown Savannah.

· Standard expectation of ~40 hours per week, with increased workload (50–60 hours) during busy cycles.

· Flexible daily work schedule – arrive and leave at times that fit your life.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 (depending on experience).
Bonus: Competitive annual performance-based bonus.
