Full Job Description

```Duties```
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up tasks
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with order entry and data entry tasks

```Experience```
- Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with proofreading and clerical duties is a plus
- Customer service experience is highly desirable
- Experience in a medical receptionist or medical office setting is a plus

This position requires excellent phone etiquette, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. The ideal candidate will be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
