Account Executive – Cybersecurity Events & Sponsorships

Tigard, Oregon

This one is about building a community.

For more than 20 years, SecureWorld has connected, informed, and developed leaders in cybersecurity through conferences, webinars, digital media, podcasts, and online education. We partner with many of the world’s leading cybersecurity companies to bring together thousands of security professionals across North America.

We’re looking for an experienced relationship-builder to own a portfolio of conferences and help grow one of the most respected brands in cybersecurity.

This isn’t a transactional sales role. You’ll become a trusted advisor to marketing leaders at leading technology companies, helping them connect with security decision-makers through sponsorships and integrated marketing opportunities. At the same time, you’ll help shape the success of your events by influencing conference content, supporting attendee growth, and building relationships throughout the cybersecurity community.

Think Like an Entrepreneur

At SecureWorld, every Account Executive owns a portfolio of conferences.

Think of yourself as the CEO of your markets.

You’ll develop sponsorship revenue, cultivate long-term client relationships, help identify industry trends, collaborate on conference programming, and work alongside our marketing, content, and operations teams to create events that sponsors and attendees look forward to every year.

What You’ll Do

· Build and grow relationships with cybersecurity solution providers and technology companies.

· Develop sponsorship programs that help clients achieve their marketing and business objectives.

· Manage an assigned portfolio of conferences while meeting and exceeding revenue goals.

· Prospect new business while expanding long-term partnerships with existing clients.

· Partner with our Content, Marketing, and Operations teams to create successful conferences.

· Share market insights that help shape conference topics, speakers, and attendee engagement.

· Represent SecureWorld at conferences and industry events while strengthening relationships with sponsors and attendees.
