Full Job Description

PMI Green Rock Management LLC is a fast-growing property management company located in Southern NH.

We are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented, hands-on and highly skilled Controller to manage the financial operations of our growing company. We are looking for an accountant willing to do the transactional work along with the training and management of the team and its support of operational systems.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial management, accounting standards, and team leadership, with a passion for maintaining accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

· Finance Management: Mentor accounting staff, fostering professional development and ensuring high-quality work output.

· Accounting Operations & Month‑End Close: Lead and manager full month-end-closing

· Budgeting, Forecasting & Operational Finance: Develop/Maintain budgets and rolling forecasts. Perform financial analysis and cash flow analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.

· Financial Reporting & Data Integrity: Produce accurate, timely financial statements and ensure data integrity across accounting and operational systems.

· Internal Controls & Process Governance: Document processes, workflows, and accounting policies and strengthening alignment between accounting and operations.

· Compliance and Regulatory Governance: Create and strengthen internal controls and compliance discipline

· Scalable growth: Drive continuous improvement in accounting processes through automation, technical accounting practices, and industry best practices.

Requirements

· 5–7+ years of Controller‑level experience

· QuickBooks experience required

· Strong understanding of multi-entity accounting

· Demonstrated experience with financial controls and compliance

· Proven ability to produce accurate, reliable reporting

· Proficient in financial analysis, Budgets and forecasting

· Proficient in Microsoft platforms (365, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)

· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with numerical aptitude

· Ability to be proactive in recognizing potential issues

· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to walk up and down stairs (office located on 2nd floor with no elevator)

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
