Full Job Description

Are you passionate about sports chiropractic and helping athletes and active individuals achieve peak performance? At Movement Clinic, we're looking for an enthusiastic Associate Chiropractor to join our collaborative team in Spokane's Kendall Yards neighborhood.

We don't run a high-volume adjustment model. Our appointments are 30 minutes — long enough for a real assessment, not just an adjustment — because our approach combines chiropractic care with therapeutic exercise and soft-tissue work to help change the way our patients move!

As part of our team, you'll work with an integrated group of providers — chiropractors, massage therapists, and front-office staff — to build tailored care plans that address both musculoskeletal issues and functional movement problems for golfers, runners, and active patients who want to get back to what they love.

About Us

Movement Clinic specializes in a comprehensive model of care that combines chiropractic care with therapeutic exercise and sports rehabilitation. We're dedicated to helping patients reduce pain and maximize performance by treating the root cause of discomfort through movement-based therapies — not just symptom relief.

Duties

Perform physical examinations and utilize diagnostic imaging as needed to assess patients' conditions
Develop individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals, with a strong focus on sports performance and functional movement
Administer treatments including chiropractic adjustments, soft-tissue mobilization, myofascial decompression (cupping), Active Release Technique (ART), and therapeutic exercise
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes
Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, exercise regimens, and wellness strategies to support their long-term health and performance goals
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with medical standards and our EMR system
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals — including primary care doctors, physical therapists, and massage therapists — to provide well-rounded, multidisciplinary care
Support a culture of health and wellness, promoting injury prevention and overall fitness for our active patients

Qualifications

Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited chiropractic school
Active Washington State Chiropractic License or eligibility to obtain licensure
Strong communication skills with a patient-centered approach
A desire to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment, especially with athletes and active individuals
Certification in Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), or Active Release Technique (ART) is a major plus
A passion for sports and an understanding of the biomechanics and demands placed on athletes
Commitment to professional development and ongoing education to stay at the forefront of sports chiropractic and rehabilitation

Compensation & Benefits

$50/hour to start (typically $91,000–$96,000 annualized), plus profit sharing on your patient collections that increases as you advance through our four-level clinical career track.
Clinic covers overhead: office space, EMR system, malpractice insurance, and supplies
Continuing education budget to support certifications and ongoing growth in chiropractic and rehabilitation

Full-day Monday–Wednesday
