Full Job Description

Move-in Coordinator

The Landings of Prescott Valley

Prescott Valley , AZ

Responsibilities:

Coordinate a seamless transition and warm welcome for residents and their family

members into the community

Ensure that all required paperwork is collected and completed prior to the resident’s

move-in date

Ensure that the new resident’s apartment is ready for them to take possession
Communicated to leadership team the status of all new move-ins or potential move-

outs

Develop a relationship with new depositors and create a transition plan
Help manage the admissions process to ensure resident and family satisfaction
Qualify prospects, convert qualified prospects to tours and converts tours to deposits

using sales process, as assigned

Give community tours as a back-up to the Community Relations Director
Assist the Community Relations Director in implementing plans to acquire leads,

manage leads, and increase census

Helps maintain a network of referral sources, providing information via marketing

materials or presentations when needed

Develop and carry a successful marketing plan to reinforce the brands reputation,

optimize revenue, census, and ROI on advertising activities

Ensure that all leads, and marketing activities are entered and tracked in the company’s

CRM to successfully manage leads and convert leads to residents

Plan and participate in community and local events, professional groups, etc.
Availability to meet with prospective residents and/or prospects during normal

operating hours, evenings and weekends as needed

Required Qualifications:

Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly
Sales – inside and outside experience preferred
Strong commitment to importance of proactive sales and marketing as it relates to

community occupancy

Strong customer service track record with measurable results
Strong computer, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently; be self-motivated and goal directed
Must be honest, fair, dependable, respect confidentiality, and rights and privacy of

others

Ability to multi-task and handle a fast-paced work environment in a friendly and

professional manner

Creates a positive environment, which encourages creative, positive problem solving

and overall job satisfaction for team members

Demonstrate exemplary attitude, work ethic, and unwavering integrity
Ability to relate well to residents and their families
Have a neat, professional, courteous manner and appearance
