Full Job Description

Job Summary
Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Machine Operator and become a vital part of producing high-quality products efficiently and safely. In this energetic role, you'll operate a variety of advanced machinery, including CNC machines, stamping presses, flexo presses, and press brake machines. Your expertise will ensure precision manufacturing processes are maintained, quality standards are met, and production goals are achieved. Duties

operate, and monitor CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and other machining equipment to produce parts according to technical specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) standards to ensure accurate fabrication.
Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to verify dimensions and maintain quality control throughout the production process.
Handle materials safely using forklifts and other materials handling tools to load raw materials and move finished products within the manufacturing facility.
Perform routine maintenance on machinery like stamping presses, flexo presses, press brake machines, and CNC equipment to ensure optimal operation.
Assist with fabrication tasks including welding, assembly line work, tooling setup, and packaging of finished goods.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Experience

Proven factory or manufacturing experience working with machining equipment such as CNC mills, CNC lathes.
Mechanical aptitude with familiarity in tooling setup, mechanical knowledge of fabrication processes, welding techniques, and materials handling procedures.
Experience operating hand tools, forklift trucks (certification preferred), and precision measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers.
Strong understanding of quality control standards within a manufacturing environment; ability to identify defects using precision measurement tools.
Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while maintaining high safety standards in a fast-paced factory setting.
Basic math skills for measurements, calculations related to machining tolerances, and production specifications.
