Job Overview

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Part Time Night Audit Agent, where you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth overnight operations at our hotel. This position is perfect for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy providing exceptional guest experiences. As a Night Audit Agent, you will be responsible for reconciling daily financial transactions, maintaining guest records, and supporting guest services during the overnight shift. Your proactive approach and hospitality expertise will help uphold our commitment to guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Duties

Conduct nightly financial audits by reviewing and reconciling all daily transactions using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms
Prepare and distribute detailed reports on revenue, occupancy, and other key metrics for management review
Manage front desk operations during the night shift, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth
Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure guest satisfaction through excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
Handle multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette, directing calls accurately and assisting with reservations or information requests

Requirements

Proven experience in hospitality management, front desk operations, or hotel customer service roles
Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar platforms
Strong knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest services best practices
Excellent communication skills, including phone communication and multi-line phone system operation
Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail
Previous resort or hotel experience is preferred but not required; a passion for hospitality is essential
