Full Job Description

Primo Medical Group is looking for a Document Control Associate to join our team! We are looking for a Document Control Associate to join our team! Support the Quality Assurance Department by reviewing controlled documents for completeness and accuracy and performing basic inspections as needed. The Document Control Associate maintains the integrity and accuracy of the physical security of paper Quality Records and ensures the accuracy of the electronic documents. This is an entry level position.

Job Description:

Collecting, reviewing and entering all Quality Inspection Records into the Document Control System.
Reviews scanned Quality Records for completeness, accuracy, clarity, legibility and format prior to uploading the records into the Document Control System.
Reviews and approves Production methods for completeness and accuracy.
Light inspection of printed materials.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Ability to solve problems using a common-sense approach.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Focus and attention to detail a must.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal and external customers.

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.

Education and/or Experience:

A high school diploma and at least 3 years of work experience. Computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office a plus. Knowledge of document storage and preservation in an Electronic System preferred but not required.

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
