Overview
We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of welding techniques and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings. As a Welder, you will play a crucial role in the fabrication and assembly of metal structures and components, ensuring high-quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

Interpret and read blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications for welding projects.
Utilize various welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and stick welding to fabricate metal components.
Perform plasma cutting and soldering tasks as required for specific projects.
Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites.
Measure materials using basic math skills and tools such as micrometers to ensure accuracy in dimensions.
Assemble ductwork and other sheet metal products according to project specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Experience

Proven experience as a Welder or in a similar role within the construction or manufacturing industry.
Strong skills in blueprint reading, basic math, sheet metal work, and operating power tools.
Familiarity with micrometers, soldering techniques, plasma cutting, and ductwork assembly is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a construction site environment.
A commitment to quality workmanship and safety practices is essential for success in this position.
