Medical Receptionist - Full time. In-person Mon-Fri
Home Health Care Agency

We are looking for a dependable, friendly, and organized Medical Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our growing home health care team. If you enjoy helping others, thrive in a fast-paced office, and take pride in providing excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Answer and manage a high volume of incoming phone calls professionally and courteously
Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service
Schedule appointments and direct calls to the appropriate staff
Perform general administrative and front office duties
Maintain patient records and assist with data entry
Support office staff with daily administrative tasks
File, scan, copy, and organize documents
Assist with other office support duties as assigned

Qualifications

Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, or medical office experience preferred
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy office
Team player with a positive attitude
