We're looking for a Director of Marketing who doesn't just understand marketing—they understand the automotive enthusiast lifestyle.

About the Role

This is not a typical corporate marketing position.

We are seeking a hands-on marketing leader who can develop and execute innovative strategies that strengthen our brand, increase customer engagement, expand market share, and drive sustainable growth. (This is not a remote role - expectation is to be on-site with about 25%-30% travel to shows, etc. throughout the year)

You will lead the company's marketing vision while serving as a key ambassador for the Vintage Air brand throughout the automotive aftermarket community.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable discussing campaign performance metrics, digital strategy, and customer acquisition as they are discussing a first-generation Camaro, a C10 build, or the latest trends coming out of SEMA.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive growth and strengthen brand awareness
Lead digital marketing efforts including social media, email marketing, content creation, SEO, paid advertising, and website optimization
Build compelling campaigns that connect with automotive enthusiasts, professional builders, restoration shops, distributors, and dealers
Oversee brand positioning, messaging, content strategy, and customer engagement initiatives
Analyze marketing performance and customer data to improve ROI and drive decision-making
Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, Engineering, and Executive Leadership to bring products and campaigns to market
Represent Vintage Air at industry events, trade shows, and within the automotive community
Build relationships with distributors, installers, builders, influencers, and industry partners
Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team focused on accountability, innovation, and results

What We're Looking For (Required Qualifications):

10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience
Proven success developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies
Strong digital marketing expertise and understanding of modern marketing platforms
Experience utilizing CRM and marketing automation systems
Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Experience leading high-performing teams
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Automotive aftermarket experience
Experience marketing enthusiast-driven products or brands
Manufacturing or durable goods industry experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Active involvement in the classic car, truck, hot rod, racing, or restoration community
