Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management and casual dining, with a proven ability to create innovative menus while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring that our guests receive outstanding hospitality and culinary excellence.

Duties

Manage all aspects of food production, including preparation, cooking, and presentation.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen. Must be Serv Safe certified.
Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to foster a collaborative team environment.
Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs to maximize profitability.
Collaborate with restaurant management to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Monitor kitchen performance and implement improvements as necessary to enhance efficiency and quality.

Requirements

Hours will be 9am-9pm Wednesday-Sunday
Proven experience in food service management in an extremely high volume restaurant setting.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
In-depth knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
Excellent culinary skills with a focus on creativity and presentation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A passion for hospitality and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
