Full Job Description

IT Helpdesk Coordinator (Full-Time, In-Office)
Location: Compass Home Office – This is an on-site position (not remote)
Pay: $26–$30/hr to start, up to $36/hr max

As our IT Helpdesk Coordinator, you’ll work from our Home Office to ensure our staff have the tools and tech support they need to do meaningful work. This is a great role for someone who loves solving problems, helping people, and being part of a purpose-filled team.

What You’ll Do:

Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in person and via helpdesk tickets
Set up hardware and software for new hires and offboarding
Provide clear, friendly support to non-technical users
Collaborate with the IT team to maintain and improve systems
Grow your expertise in tech, cybersecurity, and support systems

Who You Are:

You have 2+ years of IT support experience (CompTIA A+ or similar preferred)
You work well in an office environment and enjoy face-to-face collaboration
You’re calm under pressure, solution-focused, and a great communicator
You value confidentiality, professional ethics, and helping others succeed

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid CA driver’s license, insurance, and clean driving record
Must pass background check and drug screen
Familiarity with disability services is a plus
