Responsibilities

Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental disabilities.
Implement individualized treatment plans created by the clinical team.
Teach communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills.
Collect accurate data during therapy sessions.
Assist clients in developing independence and reaching meaningful goals.
Work collaboratively with supervisors, families, and other team members.
Maintain professionalism, compassion, and a positive attitude during sessions.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
No previous ABA experience required; paid training provided.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Reliable transportation required.
Ability to complete RBT training and certification requirements (if not already certified).
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
Patience, compassion, and a desire to help children succeed.
