Job Overview
We are offering a $1,000 sign in on bonus for a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. There is room for growth in this position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various massage techniques and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This role involves working with clients to assess their needs, develop treatment plans, and deliver effective massage therapy services aimed at pain management and overall wellness.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and treatment goals.
- Provide a range of massage techniques, including trigger point therapy, to address acute pain management and promote relaxation.
- Utilize knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology to ensure safe and effective treatments.
- Maintain accurate records of client sessions, including treatment plans and progress notes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in occupational health settings when necessary.
- Educate clients on self-care techniques and wellness practices to enhance their overall health.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and professionalism in the treatment environment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all clients.

Qualifications
- Valid massage therapy license in accordance with state regulations.
- Strong understanding of anatomy, pain management techniques, and physical examinations.
- Experience in a med spa or similar environment is preferred but not required.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to massage therapy and patient care.
- Ability to perform assessments and develop tailored treatment plans based on individual client needs.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development in the field of massage therapy.
