Overview:
We are looking for a meticulous and adaptable Bookkeeper to join our growing team. This position is vital for maintaining precise financial records and supporting both financial and administrative operations. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a dynamic environment, contributing to our continuous growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
Reconcile accounts to ensure accurate and complete financial data.
Maintain strong attention to detail in all financial and administrative tasks.
Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including invoicing and tracking payments.
Conduct general ledger reconciliation to keep financial records accurate and up-to-date.
Prepare and analyze financial reports in accordance with GAAP standards.
Record and post journal entries promptly to ensure all transactions are accurately captured.
Use accounting software, such as QuickBooks, for efficient bookkeeping and reporting.
Work collaboratively with various departments to collect necessary financial data and facilitate decision-making.
Keep abreast of financial regulations and best practices to maintain compliance.
Provide administrative support and assist in office management as needed, showcasing flexibility to address evolving company needs.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar financial role.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Solid understanding of accounting principles, including GAAP.
Proficiency in accounting software, especially QuickBooks.
Experience with account reconciliation, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger management.
Strong skills in preparing and presenting clear financial reports.
Ability to multitask and manage various responsibilities independently.
A degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred but not essential.
