What the role is

We are looking for an amazing writer who is comgrowth marketer who's exceptionally creative but at the same time approaches any marketing project with a quatitative framework in mind.

What you will do

Academic Operations
Manage course details/enrollments across multiple programs in collaboration with school leads.
Collaborate with school leads to create and maintain airtight and scalable systems for progress reporting, course setup, report cards, transcripts, calendaring, and testing and accommodations.
Onboard new learners and families into academic platforms and systems, ensuring a smooth transition from enrollment through active participation.
Serve as the daily point of contact for learner, family, and coach questions related to academic systems (Google Classroom, Mighty, and more), triaging and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Support parent coach team with academic record keeping.
Own and maintain the master academic calendar, proactively pushing updates and reminders to relevant stakeholders across schools.
Planning & Logistics
Support schoolwide events, including coach meetings, special events, and end of the year functions.
Coordinate vendor and external service provider use and relationships, including curriculum providers, testing services, and other academic partners.
Special Projects
Take on additional schoolwide initiatives as they arise, including graduation and promotion ceremonies, recognition events, and other milestone programming. Contribute to schoolwide systems and process improvement projects in partnership with the Head of School Operations, with opportunities to take on greater ownership as the role evolves.
Data & Reporting
Collaborate with the Head of Innovation to create and disseminate learner and family surveys. Pull and analyze reports with survey results as needed.
Support coaches, school leads, and families in monitoring academic progress, pulling reports and transcripts as needed.
Support families with enrollment verification, letters of academic standing, and other special documentation requests..
Communications Support
Manage communications related to operations, academic calendar, and special events in Mighty.
Manage weekly newsletters from lower/middle/high school leads and other stakeholders, ensuring that essential information is communicated clearly and effectively.

Who the ideal candidate is

You are:

Experienced academic coordinator with deep understanding of efficient systems and processes;
Someone who lives in and loves the details, ensuring accuracy and clarity in every task.
Exceptional communicator who is able to communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues, families, and learners.
Someone who has a strong entrepreneurial drive and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced rapidly-changing startup environment and on a team that is constantly iterating and responding to feedback from learners and families.
Familiar with (or excited to learn!) AI tools.
Excited about working in a fully distributed team.
Other qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; 2–4 years of experience in academic operations, school administration, or a related coordination role; strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills; comfort pulling and interpreting data from multiple platforms; experience building or maintaining reports and dashboards is a plus; ability to quickly learn new systems and platforms; experience with Google Suite, student information systems, and learning management systems; available for core working hours, likely 9am to 5pm ET or CT, Monday - Friday.

How we compensate

This is a fully remote position.

USD $50K-$60K per year, commensurate with experience
Health insurance and 401(k) with access to optional benefits such as Dental, Vision, Life insurance, HSA/FSA, etc.
