About Trampetti

Trampetti IMG embeds with commercial contractors to build operational infrastructure they can actually run. With 25+ years of construction management consulting experience and 100+ projects valued at up to $3B, we serve small to mid-size commercial contractors nationwide — helping them scale, install accountability, and build businesses that don't depend on any one person.

We work in fast-moving client environments with real stakes. The people who thrive here are operators who own their lane, communicate without being chased, and treat delivery as a personal standard — not a job description.

About the Role

We're looking for a Fractional Delivery Manager to own active client relationships and keep delivery on track across multiple engagements. This is not a support role — you are the day-to-day face of Trampetti for the clients in your portfolio. You hold the relationship, hold the timeline, and hold the team accountable.

You'll report directly to Mike Trampetti and coordinate technical execution with specialist team members (not responsible for building — responsible for making sure it gets done on time and to standard). All client commitments are pre-aligned with Mike before they're made.

This role serves commercial construction contractors only. We do not serve residential contractors.

What You'll Own

Own day-to-day delivery on active client engagements — you are the primary relationship holder
Lead client relationship through close on accounts approaching milestone or signature
Coordinate technical team members on execution — hold them to timelines and commitments, not technical output
Identify delivery gaps proactively and surface them before they become client issuesMaintain communication discipline — clients should never have to chase you

Classification & Contract Structure

This is a 1099 independent contractor engagement. You must operate through your own LLC or S-corp with an EIN, carry your own E&O ($1M/$2M) and GL insurance, and serve multiple concurrent clients. The firm specifies outcomes and deadlines — not your methods or hours. You cover your own expenses and receive no employee-style benefits.

Qualifications

Required:

Proven experience owning external client relationships end-to-end — not a support or coordination role
Track record managing active accounts under pressure with competing priorities
Comfortable directing technical team members who know more about the subject than you do
Strong written and verbal communication — proactive over-communicator by habit
Own LLC, S-corp, or sole proprietor entity with EIN (1099 ready)
Available to start immediately or within 2 weeks

Preferred:

Background in professional services, consulting, operations management, or property management
Experience managing multiple concurrent client accounts
Familiarity with Microsoft Teams as a primary communication and delivery platform
Exposure to construction, real estate, or contractor business environments
Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, or similar)

Work Model & Travel

Remote delivery with daily client interviews and working sessions
One onsite visit per engagement for workshop and handoff
Travel required for client workshops and assessments (typically within [region])
Multi-client environment: 1 client at ramp, scaling to 3–5 at full portfolio
