Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Remote Appointment Setter to join our growing sales team! In this role, you will be the vital link between prospective clients and our sales pipeline, responsible for engaging potential customers, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments that drive business growth. This position offers a flexible remote work environment and the opportunity to develop your skills in B2B sales, telemarketing, and technology sales. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help us build strong relationships with clients while contributing to our overall success.

Duties

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using warm calling techniques to generate interest in our products or services
Engage in professional conversations, clearly explaining offerings and benefits to potential customers
Qualify leads by assessing client needs and determining their suitability for our solutions
Negotiate appointment times that align with both client availability and sales team schedules
Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to record interactions, update lead information, and track progress
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and improve appointment conversion rates
Follow up with prospects as needed to confirm appointments and ensure a positive customer experience

Qualifications

Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales roles preferred
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections confidently
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms
Knowledge of technology sales or technical sales is a plus
Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision
Customer service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to business development
