This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine your love for travel, exceptional customer service skills, and sales expertise to craft unforgettable experiences for families around the globe.

Duties

Collaborate closely with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budget to design customized magical family vacation itineraries.
Provide expert advice on travel destinations, accommodations, and activities tailored specifically for families.
Manage all aspects of travel scheduling, ensuring timely confirmations and seamless coordination.
Communicate proactively with clients throughout the planning process, offering updates and addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
Maintain detailed records of client preferences, bookings, and communications to ensure personalized service and repeat business.
Stay informed about the latest trends in the travel industry and hotel/hospitality sectors to offer innovative solutions and options.

Skills

Proven experience working remotely in a sales or customer service environment with strong self-motivation and organizational skills.
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude that puts clients at ease.
Strong communication skills for client interaction via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
