Pay: $80,000–$90,000+ per year

Work Remotely With Live Inbound Medicare Leads

No Cold Calling | Weekly Payouts | Uncapped Commissions | Company-Provided Leads

Your insurance license should be making you more money.

Platinum Choice Healthcare is hiring experienced 1099 Medicare sales agents for a fully remote, high-volume inbound sales opportunity.

You will speak with consumers who are actively reviewing their insurance coverage and looking for help understanding their options. There is no cold calling, no prospecting, and no chasing outdated lead lists.

We provide the leads, systems, training, coaching, and real-time support. You bring the confidence, professionalism, and ability to close.

Income Potential

Consistent and productive agents have realistic first-year earning potential of $80,000–$90,000 or more annually.

Top-performing agents may earn $150,000 or more annually.

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with uncapped commissions and weekly payouts.

Individual earnings are not guaranteed and vary based on licensing, availability, production, compliance, enrollment quality, product availability, and overall performance.

About the Position

Your primary responsibility will be helping Medicare-eligible consumers review and enroll in available Medicare Advantage plans.

You will be expected to take control of the conversation, build trust quickly, identify the consumer’s healthcare needs, present appropriate plan options, overcome objections, and confidently ask for the enrollment.

When appropriate, agents may also offer approved indemnity and supplemental health products, including:

Hospital indemnity
Home healthcare
Cancer coverage
Dental coverage
Caregiver coverage

Agents with an active Life Insurance License may also have the opportunity to offer Final Expense coverage.

These additional product opportunities give qualified agents more ways to assist consumers and increase production from each conversation.

All products must be presented separately and in accordance with applicable licensing, carrier, suitability, scripting, and compliance requirements.

Training and Support

Agents complete a structured two-week training and nesting program before transitioning into independent production.

Training includes:

Medicare Advantage products
Approved scripts and disclosures
Compliance requirements
Healthcare needs analysis
Objection handling
Enrollment systems
Supplemental product opportunities

During nesting, agents receive live call support, individual coaching, call reviews, system assistance, compliance guidance, and performance feedback.

Primary Responsibilities

Handle company-provided live inbound Medicare calls
Build trust and establish credibility quickly
Conduct complete healthcare needs analyses
Review doctors, hospitals, prescriptions, pharmacies, and preferred benefits
Present appropriate Medicare Advantage plan options
Identify indemnity and supplemental product opportunities
Offer Final Expense coverage when properly licensed and appropriate
Handle objections confidently and professionally
Ask for the enrollment
Complete accurate and compliant applications
Navigate multiple enrollment platforms during live calls
Apply coaching and continuously improve
Meet production, attendance, quality, and compliance expectations

Qualifications

Active resident-state Health Insurance License
Licensed in at least 20 states
Minimum of one year of Medicare Advantage sales experience
Completed 2027 AHIP Certification
Carrier releases available for immediate contracting
Ability to complete required carrier certifications
Strong Medicare sales and closing skills
Professional communication skills
Confident objection-handling ability
Strong computer and system-navigation skills
Coachable, competitive, accountable, and self-motivated
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-volume remote sales environment

An active Life Insurance License is required for Final Expense opportunities.

Applicants are responsible for obtaining and paying for their own 2027 AHIP certification.
