Are you a voice actor, singer, podcaster, or performer looking for something ongoing instead of one-off gigs? We'll give you a character and a stage.

IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ FIRST: This is not a one-time recording or voice-over booking. This is an ongoing live performance role: you stream live as a virtual character and build your own audience. It is also 100% commission-based — you earn from viewer gifting (tips from your audience), not a fixed hourly wage. You can start earning from day one with no minimum follower count or conditions required. The hourly range shown on Indeed is a required field and does not reflect a guaranteed rate.

IRIAM is a live-streaming app from Japan where performers go live as animated characters, using just a smartphone. No PC, no studio, no expensive equipment. We launched in North America in 2025 and are looking for US and Canada-based voice talent to grow with us.

Through our Debut Support Program, we create a custom character illustration for you at no cost — the visual identity you perform as. Choose from pre-made designs or work with professional artists to bring your own original character to life. IRIAM covers all illustration costs.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Perform live as your character on the IRIAM app using your smartphone

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Based in the United States or Canada
Comfortable speaking English on stream
Able to stream at least 30 hours per month
18+ years old
Comfortable carrying a conversation and entertaining an audience with your voice alone

NICE TO HAVE (NOT REQUIRED):

Voice acting, voice-over, singing, podcasting, radio, improv, or theater background
Experience with live streaming or audience-facing performance
Active social media presence (TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter, Instagram)
Interest in anime, gaming, or VTuber culture

No streaming experience needed. If you can hold an audience with your voice, you're a great fit.

Your income grows with your audience through viewer gifting.
