At The Non-Ordinary Therapy Co., we’re on a mission to transform mental health care. We blend evidence-based talk therapy with innovative approaches like EMDR, IFS, meditation, and breathwork — empowering clients to heal in ways that feel authentic and effective.

We are a close-knit, supportive team of therapists who value flexibility, professional growth, and collaboration. If you’re a compassionate therapist ready to make a real impact while working from anywhere, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

Provide 53-minute therapy sessions via secure telehealth platform.
Blend traditional therapeutic techniques with holistic practices (e.g., EMDR, breathwork, mindfulness, somatic release).
Create treatment plans and progress notes; submit documentation within 24 hours.
Collaborate with a supportive team of clinicians and management to optimize client outcomes.

What We Offer

Competitive Pay: $65–$85/hour
Performance Bonuses: Starting at $250/month
Healthcare Stipend: $750/month based on performance
Flexible Schedule: You control your hours and caseload
Professional Development:
Paid courses and workshops (trauma-informed care, advanced modalities)
In-house training by our Chief Therapy Officer
Collaborative Environment: Small, supportive team with direct access to leadership
Additional Compensation:
$20/hour for required administrative meetings
Free 15-minute consultations offered to prospective clients (optional)

What We’re Looking For

License: LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LMHCA, or equivalent in New York
Malpractice Insurance: Active policy required
Ability to be credentialed with insurance panels (we’ll guide you)
Experience with telehealth platforms and EHR systems
Comfortable maintaining a caseload of 10+ sessions/week
Passion for integrating holistic and evidence-based approaches
