Join our dynamic dental practice as an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator!

We are seeking a passionate individual to educate patients on treatment options, present comprehensive treatment plans, and manage financial aspects of care, ensuring a positive and informed patient experience throughout their orthodontic journey.

Excellent communication skills, strong sales acumen, and a dedication to patient satisfaction are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with new and existing patients, explaining treatment plans, addressing concerns, and answering questions clearly.
Treatment Plan Presentation: Present detailed treatment plans, including costs and financing options, to patients and their families.
Insurance Navigation: Verify insurance benefits, estimate patient out-of-pocket costs, and manage insurance claims.
Financial Counseling: Discuss payment plans, address financial concerns, and work with patients to create manageable payment schedules.
Patient Education: Provide comprehensive information about orthodontic treatment, including oral hygiene instructions and post-treatment care.
Scheduling Coordination: Manage appointment scheduling, ensuring efficient patient flow.
Communication Excellence: Maintain open communication with patients, orthodontist, and other team members.

Qualifications:

Dental office experience preferred, particularly in a treatment coordinating role
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales and negotiation abilities
Proficiency in dental practice management software
Knowledge of dental insurance plans
