Pointman / Sales Operations Manager – Roofing Portfolio

Compensation: $100,000–$145,000

Job Type: Full‑Time

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Pointman / Sales Operations Manager to support a fast‑growing portfolio of 5+ roofing companies. This role ensures sales teams stay aligned, accountable, and operating at peak performance. If you excel at managing chaos, improving processes, and keeping multiple teams moving in the same direction, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and optimize sales pipelines across multiple roofing companies
Track KPIs, build weekly scorecards, and support sales accountability
Coordinate communication between sales, production, admin, and ownership
Review estimates, proposals, and job files for accuracy
Support onboarding and training of new sales reps
Improve workflows, SOPs, and CRM usage (JobNimbus, AccuLynx, HubSpot, etc.)
Assist with scheduling, job readiness checks, and customer follow‑through
Resolve customer escalations and maintain high satisfaction
Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Ensure consistent execution across all locations

Required Qualifications

3–5+ years in roofing, construction, or home‑services operations/sales support
Strong understanding of roofing sales cycles, estimating, and job workflows
Experience managing multiple teams or locations
High proficiency with CRMs and reporting tools
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to identify problems and implement solutions quickly
Comfortable holding teams accountable and maintaining standards
Valid driver’s license; ability to travel between locations

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting roofing or exterior trades sales teams
Multi‑location operations or portfolio management experience
Knowledge of production workflows, materials ordering, and job costing
Ability to build SOPs, training materials, and process documentation

Compensation & Benefits

$100,000–$120,000 total compensation (salary + performance incentives)
Mileage reimbursement or company vehicle
