Aesthetic Injector (RN/NP/PA)

Independent Contractor (1099) – Commission Based

Location: Community Health Research Partners – Aesthetics & Wellness Division

Position Summary

Community Health Research Partners – Aesthetics & Wellness is seeking a passionate, experienced, and client-focused Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing aesthetics practice as an Independent Contractor (1099).

The ideal candidate has experience performing cosmetic injectable treatments and other non-surgical aesthetic procedures while providing exceptional patient care. We are looking for a motivated provider who enjoys building long-term client relationships, educating patients, and delivering natural, high-quality aesthetic results.

This is an entrepreneurial opportunity for an aesthetic provider who wants the flexibility of an independent contractor role while growing their own patient base within an expanding medical aesthetics practice.

Compensation:

This position is an Independent Contractor (1099) opportunity.

Compensation includes:

30% of collected revenue for all aesthetic procedures personally performed by the provider.
Commission is paid only on services rendered and collected by the practice.
Opportunity for increased earnings through patient retention, treatment plans, retail skincare sales (if applicable), and practice growth.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive aesthetic consultations and facial assessments.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's goals and anatomy.
Safely administer cosmetic injectable treatments including:
Botulinum toxin (Botox®, Dysport®, Xeomin®, Daxxify®)
Dermal fillers
Lip enhancement
Cheek, chin, jawline, temple, and facial balancing procedures
Biostimulatory injectables (when trained)
Perform additional non-surgical aesthetic procedures including:
Microneedling
Chemical peels
Dermaplaning
PRP/PRF procedures (when trained and permitted)
Skin rejuvenation treatments
Educate patients regarding treatment options, risks, benefits, expected outcomes, and post-treatment care.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and treatment records in accordance with clinic policies.
Follow all infection control, OSHA, HIPAA, and safety protocols.
Capture standardized before-and-after photographs.
Recommend appropriate skincare products and treatment plans to optimize patient outcomes.
Build and maintain long-term patient relationships through excellent customer service and follow-up care.
Participate in marketing initiatives, educational events, community outreach, and social media content creation as requested.
Stay current with the latest advancements, products, and techniques in aesthetic medicine through continuing education.

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted license Virginia as one of the following:
Registered Nurse (RN)
Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Physician Assistant (PA)
Completion of an accredited aesthetic injector training program.
Experience performing cosmetic injectable procedures, including botulinum toxin (Botox®, Dysport®, Xeomin®, Daxxify®) and dermal filler treatments is preferred.
Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, facial assessment, and aesthetic treatment planning.
Experience performing non-surgical aesthetic procedures such as microneedling, chemical peels, dermaplaning, PRP/PRF (if applicable), skin rejuvenation treatments, and other minimally invasive cosmetic procedures is preferred.
Excellent consultation, patient education, and communication skills.
Professional demeanor with a strong commitment to patient safety, ethics, and exceptional customer service.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the medical team.
Current BLS certification preferred.
Commitment to continuing education and staying current with advancements in aesthetic medicine, injectables, skincare, and non-surgical cosmetic procedures.
Existing patient following or prior experience in a medical spa, plastic surgery, dermatology, or aesthetic practice is highly desirable but not required.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Sales and retail skincare experience.
Social media marketing and content creation experience.
Professional photography and documentation of aesthetic outcomes.
Experience using electronic medical records (EMR) and aesthetic practice management software.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to educate patients on treatment plans and skincare maintenance.
